At Mars By GHC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Print Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via your email.

• 3.
  Package Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 4.
  Ship & Refund

  Drop off the package at any authorized courier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
